I thoroughly enjoyed being on Kenny's podcast. He asked great questions, created enjoyable conversation, and was very thoughtful on how we discussed the topic. I love easy going conversation and this was that. Some podcasters aren't enjoyable to chat with, they just go question to question and this wasn't the case. It wasn't just a podcast I enjoyed being on it is also one I enjoy listening to. This was a no brainer to being on the podcast.

It was such a pleasure to chat with Kenny. I've done a few podcasts and interviews in my time, but Kenny stands out as such a nuanced, experienced *listener* and speaker that it makes the conversation natural, organic, and uniquely insightful. We all come in with a boilerplate message, but Kenny did an incredible job of grasping that and taking the conversation into even deeper, more nuanced territory. Brilliant guy, wonderful partner.

I said yes to How Leaders Think after watching a couple of episodes. What stood out was that Kenny could hang with any guest on any topic, ask good questions, and then give the person room to actually speak. That last part is rarer than it should be.
What surprised me was how easy the conversation was. Kenny has a good sense of humor and keeps things light without letting the conversation get shallow. His questions were thoughtful, and he is not afraid to follow a thread down and keep asking. A lot of hosts have their list and stick to it. Kenny listens and then goes where the answer takes him, which is how you end up somewhere worth going.
This was one of the easiest experiences I have had on a podcast. If you are considering coming on, there is nothing to brace for. Just be ready for layered questions about whatever you brought, and come prepared to actually think about your own material.

Being on the How Leaders Think podcast was such an easy, fun experience! Kenny made the whole process simple, including what questions to expect, and you could tell he was genuinely interested in the topic of skills. He was curious and really made the conversation more like talking over a cup of coffee. Great experience, and I'm excited to hear the episode when it goes live!

I truly enjoyed being a guest on How Leaders Think. Kenny is a terrific host who makes it easy to participate and share. He asks great questions that come from his vast knowledge and awesome preparation. I was surprised by how fluid the conversation was and how quickly the time went by. I wanted to be on the show because Kenny is dedicated to helping leaders think differently. That's an area I'm passionate about too.

The conversation kept serious topics engaging - and also funny! Being on the show felt like a conversation with someone I've known for years which opened the conversation beyond "interview" questions. I laughed a lot! If you're ready to share your insights - in a way that's engaging, humorous, and heart-felt, then this podcast is for you!

Grateful for the opportunity to join Kenny Lange on How Leaders Think. What stood out to me most was the intentionality behind the entire process. From the early chemistry call to the thoughtful prep and reminders, it was clear this wasn’t just another interview, it was a space designed for meaningful, high-value conversation.
By the time we recorded, there was a level of trust and alignment that allowed us to move quickly past surface-level ideas into something more honest and reflective. It didn’t feel like performing, it felt like processing in real time, and that created clarity for me about how to deliver the most genuine, centered insights from my own journey.
Kenny has done the deep work to create an environment where transformative conversations can actually take place. If you’re a builder or leader willing to lean in, this is the kind of space that sharpens your thinking and pulls out what’s real. Grateful to share part of the journey and the message that purpose, when truly aligned, has the power to reshape both how we think and how we build.

I had an amazing convo with Kenny. It is always a breath of fresh air when I can connect with someone who sees leadership from the same perspective as I do. Kenny asks great questions that keep the conversation flowing naturally.

Kenny was awesome — he actually knew my background before we hit record, which made the conversation feel real instead of a surface-level "tell us about yourself" loop. We went deep on things that actually matter, and it never felt like he was just running through a script. Natural, substantive, and faster than you'd expect.

I loved that Kenny and I were able to have an open conversation about the practical use of AI. It was a fun and engaging moment. Kenny asks great questions, and he added a great deal to the topics we covered. I don't typically get questions about my Strategic Planning work, and I liked the fact that he was truly interested in the process and the outcomes we're getting for our clients. I think this is a very timely show in that we don't have a lot of good examples of strong leadership in our world right now. I wanted to be on the show because getting to the core of how leaders think and respond in the world is a very important link to their behavior. I believe the show is a great opportunity for leaders to lean into a deeper conversation around what leadership can look like--beyond profitability and the normal metrics we typically explore.

Being on How Leaders Think with Kenny was like having coffee with a friend—honest, energizing, and full of big ideas. I was surprised by how naturally our conversation flowed, especially as we explored leadership through a faith-centered lens. Our discussion on identity and how our families are impacted by our self-awareness really stuck with me. I said yes to the show because I’d heard the dynamic, meaningful conversations Kenny has with his guests. Future guests—remember, you set the topic, so bring something that matters.

Kenny makes it so easy to have a conversation! He's an excellent facilitator and provides all the details and necessary steps to literally just speak about what's on your mind. Once the episode is edited, he goes the extra mile to make it as easy as possible for you to share on all podcast platforms and social media outlets. Copy, paste, post. It's great.
