I'm the founder of a mental health facility in Texas. After 7 years of managing it by myself I was burned out, divorced, and struggling with autoimmune issues. I was genuinely considering shutting it down to save myself. I believe meeting Kenny was God's grace to my life. He's walked me through hiring a CEO and a COO. I've completely restructured with zero staff losses, and today is the first day I've had off in a year. It's such a relief. Kenny has been honest, straight forward, and flexible with my unique situation. He's encouraged not only me, but my staff. He is full of resources and freely offers them. Kenny listens and then goes where the answer takes him, which is how you end up somewhere worth going. This was one of the easiest experiences I have had on a podcast. If you are considering coming on, there is nothing to brace for. Just be ready for layered questions about whatever you brought, and come prepared to actually think about your own material.
